I am the founder of Dream Build Impact, a virtual operations company.
We intentionally built our business model to help businesses and organizations like yours to provide the necessary resources to optimize your success.

For the past 10 years, I have worked with Non-Profit organizations and businesses to help them organize their operations, impact communities, and reach their goals.
Dream Build Impact was created at the height of the pandemic when companies were furloughing their employees and joblessness was on the rise.
As a woman of faith, I sought the Lord for guidance on what my next steps should be in my career. I believe He placed the story found in 2 Kings 4 in the bible in my heart to remember the gifts that I already have, leverage the power of community networking, to create virtual ways to generate income from them.
I made a list of services and shared it with my circle of influence. They ranged from transcribing for authors, to executive assistance, and meal prep services.
One of my co-leaders followed up with me about an opportunity to become Virtual Assistant for entrepreneurial physicians, and the rest is history.

I love being a part of the project management process and facilitating projects from the initiation phase, to the planning, launch, and closing of the project with reviews. When I see problems I view them as opportunities that can be overcome with strategy, intentional task management, and accountability.
